Wire Harness

Our products include high quality large gauge wire harnesses for every variety of truck. INCODEL's local, in-house manufcaturing capabilities at our Canton, Michigan facility offers customers flexibility, improved quality, and reduced supply chain costs. 

Wire Harness Products:

  • Small gauge wiring from 26 AWG to large battery cables up to 2/0 AWG. (and ISO equivalents)
  • Overmolding capabilities
  • Both Lead-in and Lead-free dip solder capability (SAC305)
  • Continuity and vacuum testing on complex multi-circuit harnesses
  • Battery Cable assembly and current testing
  • Terminal crimping from small 5 ton crimps to 15 ton heavy duty crimps
  • USCAR-21 testing compliance
